Not exactly the same process as for a square hole, the drill is a plain pentagone, the edges are nearly sharp!

  • tap my name on google (jacques maurel) to find a link for an animation about the square hole drilling. The hexagon drilling is slightly different as the pentagon is not of equal width. the tooholder is an oldham coupling using rollers.
