Borderline false claim on Square-Trade's website that links to this video. It should read, "NBC Affiliate," not simply "NBC." Still, the price sounds right.

I read very negative reviews on ST, I hear many eBay members are complain they do not honor what they advertise, but, I do not know for sure if it is really legit or not, but from reading reviews, I say not.

Is this really legit? I bought an Xbox 360 on ebay and have the option of getting a 1 year warranty for $23 (with an option second for half price) from Square Trade, but would like to know if it's reliable and really legitimate.

I have not had to pay for shipping.

So far- I have filed two claims, and on both items they kindly provided pre-paid shipping labels.

The first item they simply issued me a full refund. The second item (a nice-quality digital camera) they repaired at no charge and returned it to me in an expedient and timely fashion.

I have nearly a dozen items now covered under SquareTrade's warranty, and couldn't be more pleased and satisfied!
