The protestors are shouting "小日本,操你妈!" -- translated, this means "Little Japan, fuck your mother!".

Today marks the anniversary of the Mukden incident, in which Japan bombed it's own railroad in Manchuria and used the incident as justification for invading China. Everyone was expecting large, out of hand protests, due to the historical significance of the date. The police in Beijing separated the road into sections with gates, and broke the protestors down into smaller groups of about the size you see here.

I had to keep moving while filming these because the police wouldn't let me stand still for more than about 10 seconds at a time.
