Rudy Giuliani Clarifies Which Trials Are OK For 9/11 Terrorists

Rudy Giuliani, the Mayor of NYC at the time of the 9/11 attacks, tells John King that trying terrorists in New York City is "an unnecessary risk" and suggests military tribunals. He also responds to claims from the White House "That's absolutely a silly distinction that they're making," Rudy says. "A trial is okay... A military trial is okay." He adds that the Obama administration would be "repeating the mistake of history" if they went ahead with the NYC trials.

Honestly, I don't know what the military has to do with any of this, so why we're discussing "military tribunals" is beyond me. He was captured by the Pakistanis (in Pakistan) then transferred to Guantanamo? Because of the "War on Terror"? What's next, having drug cartel leaders sent to Gitmo to stand trial before the military because of the "War on Drugs"?
