Okay this will sort of be a sad question. I am thinking of getting two cali king snakes and it says naturally they eat other snakes. Now corn snakes especially babies seem like little guys. At pet shops they are sort of spendy so is there a place I can buy baby corns for cheap so my cali's can eat a few? I mean, they eat them in the wild and thus I want them to have that part of their diet they naturally have. I would knock out the babies before feeding so they would not hurt my cali's.

@GtaIVandNerfGuns i talked to a guy at petsmart; i don't know how true it is but he said ball pythons can be worse about biting if they're not handled regularly. he & an actual corn snake owner that i talked to said that the older the snake gets and the more it's handled, the calmer and slower it will become. not sure what age but i'm guessing about a year to a year and a half or so. if you're like me and just starting out, i'd get the corn snake.
