Amen, a friend of mine tried to open a business, and after 8 months of trying to fill out forms, when he thought he was signing the last piece of paperwork , he was asked for the address of the new business, he told them it was upstairs from his existing store, when the city bureaucrat said " upstairs? is it wheel chair accessible?
