Um first off, teamwork hardly ever happens in Halo. Only when its with party members, if you just go into a game, everyone likes to pretend they are on lone wolf, try playing BFBC2 thats where a lot of team work happens.

@lawamp Chill out, just enjoy the video. No need for "my game is better than your's". I've played BFBC2. Both are great games. IMO however, Frostbite needs a bit of tweaking.
