This is not the dubbing, it's reader(lektor). In Poland this is the case for some films are to some lektor and other inscriptions. And lekotr's in Poland are very good just need to be a Pole to feel it:)

you can get used to this lector. in poland every movie in tv has lector and i think it's better than any dubbing because you can still hear their natural voices. but actually i'd prefer movies with subs...

Jeżeli zaś chodzi o Przyjaciół to kocham ten serial:)
