Children and adults with disabilities enjoy the chance to leave routine lives and taste the freedom of the outdoors - to go beyond limits that they, and others, have set for them: They Fly A Zip Line. Fish. Climb Rock Walls. Sing Great Camp Songs. They Laugh and we all Cry together. Mt Hood Kiwanis Camp is the only camp in the nation to give EACH camper a counselor. One on One! And some BIG STARS voted for MHKC!

Ashley Rose Johnson another counselor I am close to was my last year's counselor Denise! I can't wait to come back everyone is like family and your right Kaleen at Camp Kiwanis Disabilities don't count we are all treated equal and fairly. I love it there on the mountain and so relaxing there!

Ashley Rose Johnson I know some of the counselors and staff Kaleen Deathrage, Kayci Murray,Andrea camper she was in foxes with me once, Haleigh Jager, the last night always I am crying as kiwanis Camp is like my third home to me! Even now hearing the song I am crying, this camp so rules and I can't wait to go to camp again this year and I also know Berit Dart, and other counselors one of them i really am close to was Holly Conger, and Daniel Thomas, and Andrea Britton!
