Great clip. Ina May is so inspiring and always spot on. I think the biggest key here is educating young girls about the beauty and power of their body before the media and general fear around birth gets to them. I've taught antenatal classes for years and too many times women come in with a closed mind that you know you're not going to be able to open, it's too late for them, their mind has been made up, you need to get to them earlier. Thanks shining a light.
