How do you put the videos on youtube ... edit them and also slow them down because when i make them on macromedia they are soo fast !!!!

i didnt slow mine down at all, thats the raw file, no editing done, im a noob to macromedia so i dont know how to slow it down lol... heck i cant figure out how to add sound, it says there was a problem reading my sound file lol but ill figure it out, plus when you click save as, save it as a wma file

another thing, for instance when u make some1 say something, repeat the slide thing for like 10 times, i didnt and thats why the speech bubble containing the word "ouch" doesnt stay up long, i only repeated the slide like 4 times
