I live in Tucson and the MAS (Mexican American Studies aka "Raza Studies") board is filled with hateful, race-baiting, anti-assimilation, and open-border revolutionaries that are trying to establish "La Raza" as the dominant culture here while subjugating the others. "Raza Studies" has nothing to do with preserving "their culture", but has everything to do with abolishing the existing one and replacing it with an "Revolutionary" culture modeled after Cuba, Bolivia, and Venezuela. The only rights that are protected under all the American Constitutions are natural rights.... those are rights that exist if government did not exist. Most our problems today are from people fighting for rights that come from government(civil rights), not from nature.
