In the original footage she says "Minna, doushite koko ni?" in here its cut off and says everything minus the first word which is "everyone" unfortunately the subs keep it in. Or maybe she's talking to the crows XP

@kuuybisdaughterfox15 haha that's true but if its like in the live action and in some anime episodes, the transformations are actually instant. they just use stock footage to take up more time because its cheaper. Cel animation was a very expensive process and many older anime shows like slayers/ginga series and yes even dbz used to recycle footage. Just some anime would only reuse the chara cels and not the whole scenes like SM did so it was less obvious
