@diapermanful Somehow trainers whipping and abusing poor elephants (like that behind the ear thing) who are 'forced' to perform seems more inhumane than how humans treat other humans. If an elephant acts up, he ultimately gets shot. if a sweatshop worker acts up, well, that's quite different. Guess I'm one of 'those' who care more for imprisoned animals than abused 'third world' workers...

@musicom67 I'll think about that next time I buy a pair of brand name sneakers or clothing that was made in a third world sweatshop where workers get paid pennies a day and work in conditions that would make your hair stand.
