The women of these communities and societies would not harbor the intent to reproduce but are victims to patrichal rule in societies with rampant prostitution and rap, they lack any form of control over their reproductive health, it is a multifarious situation that cannot be simplified to the extent of; :they need to stop having kids"

To those of you who argue they need to stop having children; have you even considered the social structure of these countries and the smaller communities? How does a child in the lower developed world learn about safe sexual procedures without receiving an education. Even in some of the most advanced societies of the world the school is still the primary tool of safe sex education.

I understad where you are coming from and I don't know much about the subject. I once asked "Why do they have children if they have to be brought up like this?" They said, they need children to help look after them when they are older. I still would'nt have children but, I'm sure there are other reasons.

I agree that we need to make poverty history. BUT it's a two part deal, the first is people donate and help then those that are poor need to stop having kids. You shouldn't have kids if you can't provide for them.
