Cool Video and that does look like good fun. And with Oreti Beaches constant and continual winds it wouldn't hard to find a day to head out and do that sort of thing.

Hi, not often lately weather been a bit crap. In summer its great. You get about 2-3 hours either side of the tide.

Great! How often do you get good winds down there? What is the best direction?

We get wind quite often although it has been a bit quiet or too stormy recently. Best wind is from the SW as it blows straight across the beach and you can go up and down for miles until your hearts content
