@narutosrocks I forgot but Miaka for sure ended with Tamahome or Tamahome's real life counterpart (he sort of lost his memories upon entering the real world, etc.). Yui I think ended up with the guy who always wore shades? The friend of Miaka's brother.

Well if you actually watched the anime Hotohri was trying to convince Miaka to marry him and kissed her, while Tamahome at the time was under control/brainwashed and broke Miaka's arm and everyone thought he was permanently lost to them. So how could that be cheating? I'd be so sad and confused if I was Miaka.
