Russia is very unlikely to change seeming that once again corrupt Vladimir Putin is going to be voted in for another 6 years. If he looses, which is unlikely, they yes I accept that Russia can change. As for England not qualifying and slipping to 80th, there is about as much chance of that happening as Russia winning the world cup.
