@MikefromMesia Hahaha.....I've said that many times. My amp evolution has been Peavey Bravo, Marshall Valvestate, Marshall JCM900, Marshall JCM2000, Marshall Vintage Modern, Budda Superdrive 30, Orange AD30HTC.
When I bought the Orange I said that was the one. Now I'm looking for something new.

Is it just me, or did he totally nail Adam Jones' sound (from Tool) at 1:50?
-
The Electradyne is actually a killer heavy metal amp!
-
Just curious have an electra dyne on layaway should have very soon, but was wondering how a 200 watt old mesa boogie black shadow EV speaker vs the current celestion?
-
@f2kflyer Yeah, I'd describe it as a Marshall, but with Mesa low end. Sounds awesome! I'll have to get myself one.
-
@skleung Why not head over to the Long & McQuade site or the Steve's Music site? I believe they both carry the Electra Dyne.

Mesa rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mesa Boogie Electra Dyne = the best package: not much knob tweaking, wonderful dynamics, verstile, footswitchable and perfect overdrive with just the right amount of gain and saturation. Only con: price.
-
Marcus Daniel convinced me to buy this amp; and its the best purchase I've ever made.
My evolution of my amp ownership :
Rogue 1x10 to Crate 2X12 to Line 6 Vetta to Palomino V16 to Marshall JCM 900 and now the Electra dyne. End. Peroid. Cap. Ceiling. Best amp ever.

Love these demo's... great player and can really demonstrate a variety of tone from many different genres - not everyone can do that well! props.
