Tip for you people out there..if you ask the people at your local Verizon store POLITELY, and you bring a screen protector they will usually install it on your phone for free..

Isn't the invisible shield supposed to be like memory foam where the scratches disappear after an hour or so?

in actuality, zagg demonstrates that the invisible shield DOES take scratches, but in the end protects the screen after you peel the invisible shield off.. So you're actually misunderstanding zagg here.

@hDavidshon You're right. Zagg's invisible shield takes scratches... after being pummeled to hell from a Dremel sander. People are taking this the wrong way. I HIGHLY recommend the invisible shield. Fact of the matter is that Best Buy did a shoddy job installing it. All the scratches in this video have disappeared and it looks fine now.
