The interesting Worgen male dance is said to have been inspired by classical tap dancing and moves from Justin Timberlake.

@MrMacaroni999 - Why on earth would they be vicious? Their sanity was restored by the night-elf ritual, covered in the starting zone and in Curse of the Worgen, so them there are sapient minds regardless of their bodies, and they only tend to lose it a bit when they're incredibly stressed (battle scenarios and such). And most of the Gilneans seem to dig their new bodies. I could see a few of them coming up with fancy dance moves just to show off. :P
