Canon XA10 Footage

Here we present footage from a Canon XA10 HD Video Camcorder. The footage was shot at 1920x1080 24P and imported into Final Cut Pro. Very impressed with the footage we were able to get and are thinking of shooting some low light material to give an idea of how good it does. Is FXP the equivalent of 720p?

Hey guys love the review. I'm a college student down at Southern Utah University and I was wondering if this would be a good camera for me to start making Indie films? I like the xlr ports so I can get a boom mic but would the camera itself be good? Or do you have a better suggestion?
