Kent Couch lifts off from his Stop'N'Go gas station in Bend, Oregon in a lawn chair tied to 105 helium balloons. He traveled at altitudes reaching 15,400 feet, covering 193 miles, before landing 9 hours later in a field outside of Union, Oregon.

the chair landed in a field in Oregon. The people couldn't find the chair or the video camera. So there.
