@finbarmaginn that's the only thing I don't like in his playing... he's a real master but in some tracks he gives a country feel that I don't like, in irish music...

realy is world class playing, love the wee accidentals he does on the banjo, gives it that bluegrass feel.

gibson paddy? If irish music stayed the same and never evolved it would get stale and eventually die out. How cn u critisize some1 4 branchin out nd not playin a tune de same way evry other person is playin it, Irish music of the past is all about learing a tune note 4 note nd knowing it off by heart , there is no life and soul in that as people are not adding der own twists 2 it 2 make it their own,
