I think this is very cute. However I suggest that the pulling chihuahuas wear harnesses instead of being tied by their collars. Chihuahuas are prone to tracheal collapse over time and they will be able to pull much more effectively with a body harness. Even regular sized mushing dogs, with strong necks, do not pull this way.
