Definitely one of my favorite musical scenes within a movie and that's a pretty damn good reason to share, no?

  • why did u switch the song?

the one in the movie had a higher pitch.

  • @askjrvbjkrfbvhjbdjf Nah didn't edit the audio of this clip whatsoever so can't really explain that to ya :P

  • I've met people who found this inappropriate as the watchmen was themed during the 1980s. This song was from the seventys, check that the 1960s

  • @kilik42 I don't get it...

  • Love that line, one of the best in the entire movie; "What do expect? The Comedians dead."

  • Simon and Garfunkel RULE!

  • shame the rest of the film wasn't as good as this sequence- I prefer to listen to this ong while reading the graphic novel

  • I find interesting they choose this song for the comedian's funeral, taking on account that in this universe the comedian is who shot JFK

  • this song goes beautifully well with this scene <3

  • Some people just like to find anything to complain about... Couldn't complain about the movie itself, so why not the choice of music?

  • @kilik42 just cuz its from the '80s doesn't mean all the songs have to be from that era. Besides, some of the flashbacks involving the Comedian took place in Vietnam which was in the 60's. Point being this movie covers multiple eras. The only thing that would have been out of place is if they had a song from the '90s or '00s
