Whispers of the Woods Teaser Trailer

There are strange things that lurk in these woods. Something dark, something evil, something thats existed in the forest since the dawn of time. A shadow of evil that is mere whispers of the woods. Upon a heavily wooded path Aysa (Amanda Archy) encounters the evil in the form of a cloaked gypsy. The creature swoons and hypnotizes the young girl to stray from the path to pursue flowers for her ailing grandmother (Hannah Baker). While Asya wonders around the woods lost, the spirit travels through the forest to the Grandmothers cottage where it awaits her arrival. Hours later, Asya meets a lone, lustful huntsman (Josh Meister) and his meek and beaten ward (Mohammed Mamdani) who leads Asya back on her way, unknowing of the huntsmans secret, perverted plans for her. Upon arriving at the cottage, Asya discovers that things are not all well. Whispers of the Woods is a fantasy short film based off the classic Grimms Fairytale Little Red Riding Hood. Original composition by David Glenney. Directed by Derrick Hamm. Whispers of the Woods will be submitted to several film festivals and will be available for download!
