First test drive after a rebuild of the drivetrain. The friction plates bearings had eaten in to the cast iron in the friction plate, therefore loosing third gear and slipping on second.
In this video i'm testing to go up a steep hill in third gear, which didn't work at all before.

  • i have a similar issue, the drive needs a push to move at all, but that might be because of some oil on the plate... need brake cleaner
