I also know the heater works excellent in these cars.

@GrendelBoglin Not very many thanks to Mr Rust . There are some left look in ebay, hemmings foward look, If you want a car that is already done be prepared to pay big bucks for it or if you want to restore the car make sure its a good solid body

It was both..I checked it...they used both the Belvedere and the Fury. They trashed and did whatever for the movie. Christine was a 1958 Fury....some people call her a 1957. CHRISTINE was a 1958 Plymouth Fury. Ask STEPHEN KING...he wrote this! It's HIS thing. It's His story...but now....Christine has a life of her own, right Steve? Ha-Haaaaaa! I'm your biggest fan!

@Fradias11 Well, it's just the plain old stock 318 cui poly with the original 2bbl carb, nothing special.

I used to own 1 of these but it was a year older some idiot pulled out infront of me and caused me to total it. This happened back in 1987 and to this day I still miss her. I cried the night she was destroyed. If I seen the other driver that night I would of beaten the living shit out if her and I would not care if there was a cop standing there that night

@sb57fury1 That's a sad story, I had several close situations with my car as well. Some idiots pulled out in front of me without thinking about the fact that a 50 years old american car won't stop like a fuckin' Volkswagen! But on the other hand you're lucky you survived an accident like that...

Every time the engine revs up I have a heart attack, keep up the videos and if you know were I can get one cheap let me know, I'd do just about anything for this car

1957 / 1958 Plymouth 2dr coupés are getting rarer but you still can find restoreable projects on Ebay. If you want a already restored car you'll have to spend a little more. You should join our International Christine Club, maybe we can help to make your dream come true someday. I posted the internet address in the video description above...
