Devil May Cry 2 Walkthrough (PS2) (Dante) Part 18

Lucia entrusts the Arcana to Dante and asked him to give it to Matier. It seems she's up to something but what could it be? Meanwhile, Dante encounters another boss! It's the two headed demon juggernaut Plutonian! Peace of cake! He's pretty sluggish and the only threatening attack it has are those two wrecking balls attach to chains that it throws and swings around. Just dodge and pummel this with sword swipes until its done like dinner! There's also these Agonofinis and lasers that will try to hurt Dante but no problem. Meh, lazors yawwwn. After beating the crap out of this demon, Dante takes the stone elevator upwards leading to the top area at the temple ruins. Once there, Dante meets up with Matier and gave her the final Arcana! Matier tells Dante that her daughter Lucia went on her own to confront the powerful sorcerer and evil maniac Arius! Matier gave Dante all four Arcanas for some reason. Hmm. Dante then goes off to the building where Lucia is held captive by Arius. Dante then gives the Arcanas to Arius but not before kicking his ass! Arius isn't really that hard. Yaawwwn. Just watch out for his magical attacks! He will create a black portal like energy to summon demons. He'll also try to suck in Dante towards the black portal and transport him to another place which will deal pretty good damage so watch it! He'll also use the same black energy to create spikes at the ground beneath Dante. That's about it. Oh, yeah. He'll also rarely create a shield and use his gun but its no threat. After taking damage, Dante prepares to finish off Arius but seems too distracted. He's concerned about Lucia's safety so he can't finish Arius just yet. I don't get it. ??? Dante saves Lucia just before she gets hit by Arius's magic! The two leap off the exploding building and Dante goes Devil and flew off into the night carrying Lucia. Aww. :3 TOO EASY!

DMC2 Dante is the BEST Dante, hands down. So badass, the look, the clothes, the cutscenes...all minus that stupid as fuck DMC3 immaturity.

Though this game aint the best of all time, it's not NEARLY as bad as idiots made it out to be.

Even though DMC2 is not the best game in the DMC series (DMC1, DMC3 and DMC4), but from my opinion it is better than DMC5 ~~

i think its safe to say that because Dante's attitude is tone down in this one, we all can't relate to it PERIOD!!!! Oh and the whole coin flipping thing talk about taking a page out of Two Face!!!!

I dont care about anyone else's opinions on Dante, I loved him in this game. The 3rd one was alright. But this one just takes the cake for me.
