Footage was filmed mainly in Duns, with a few clips from Spittal beach.
I was going to get some footage from Berwick... but then i never got round to it.

I really like this video gordon! :D And dispite what you tell me over msn, it looks like your training is going quite nicely :P Shame the weather isn't always like that though.
I think it'd be beneficial if we did more challenges together when we can't/don't want to go out :)

Why were u at the beach in winter,
WITH NO TOP ON!
And do u know its dangerous to be in the water at cold temps. cus u will get cramps then float away and die.
But i liked it even though u used half the footage from ur last vid :P lol
