To everyone asking- those lights are reverse lights built into the license plate frame. The frame has a row of really bright leds built into it that come on when in reverse.
Thanks for the videos on them. I'm gonna use this with my rollpan and shaved taillights. Gonna need it because I wont have traditional reverse lights. Cheers!

what kind of bulbs are in ur tail lights?

@elvenadocastillo the tails were an aftermarket tail light by Recon, and the reverse light LED bulbs i put in the tails were from a place called oracle, but they offered no light ouput that was usable
