Dr. Ken Tangen presents an overview of Carl Jung's theory of personality. Like Adler, Jung was a follower of Freud. And, like Adler, Jung broke off and developed his own psychodynamic theory called Analytic Psychology. Jung's contributions included archetypes, complexes and the collective unconscious. But was he a genius or just crazy?
@Coolbreeze431 Totally agree this video is a very superficial misunderstanding of Jung

An amatuerish, facile, shallow, superficial off the cuff toss away take and something worthy of deep persoanl study before pontificating...sounds likes it's being read from superficial newspeaper qoutes...

Jung was discribing genetical overdraft through Y-chromosomial memory. His self-protection was his deviding into archetypes and mythology within his personality within the extremes of duality. A similar way to my protecting my privacy. The speed of working mirror neurones must have something to do with it...but this is still pending.
