  • @gotohell11 its sense. not sence. moron

  • @gotohell11 you make absolutely no sense

  • I haven't thought about this before. Going to try it today during my sparring class.

  • THIS IS VERY ADVANCED MUAY THAI DEFENCE FOR INCOMMING KNEE STRIKES.

I DONT THINK I HAVE EVER SEEN A NON THAI FIGHTER UTLIZE THIS MOVE..

THIS MOVE IS TOO SUBTLE FOR THE BEGINERS TO APPRICIATE .

THERE ARE OTHER VARIATIONS . I HAVE SEEN THIS USED AS A LEAD INTO A THROW!!

EVERY ONE NEEDS TO LEARN GRECO ROMAN WRESTLING PUMMELING INTO HOOKS AND THEN THE THAI METHODS..

    VERY WELL DONE .

  • Fascinating to see all the comments by people who seem to have very little knowledge, yet pretend to be experts. Most of them can't even spell on a fundamental level. Judo, by the way, is mostly geared toward the sport, though some of it can prove quite effective. The Brazilian system uses a lot from Judo. Many of the methods in the traditional style, however, require the opponent to be wearing a strong shirt that won't stretch much.

  • u know the knee is comein cause the knee'r will pull you towards his knee as its comen and also a knee to the solar p would be less effective jeeze

  • thebbplace is right. this only works if you can react fast enough to throw him off balance. which in a real fight would be pretty hard

  • muay thai and Jui jutsu are officialy the 2 most effective fighting sports in the world. (i'll tell u the hystorie of judo, Jui Juitsu masters where looking for a way to make JJ easier for children cause it is so advanced, so they devoloped a graded down version of jj that was easier, that version is now known as judo)

  • How about a knee straight to the solar plefis? All these blows were dealt to the sides of teh body. Expert rednecks suck ass

  • for real fights, learn judo.
