Nice video.

Were not going to be using that crossing much longer. Once the median in 164 and 664 is done, all of those road crossings in portsmouth will go away.

How often do they rn these trains

Many years gone and before Commonwealth R.R., that crossing had only crossbucks and in disrepair at that. Least there is better warning devices now.

I know what you mean, he never has been very good with it...

That Horn is a K3L/H

What a louzy horn blowing job! Doesn't that idiot running the engine know how to properly blow the horn?

I have lived in this area all my life, one reason they are kinda lousy about blowing the horn is noise issues. The railroad has had compliants from their neighbors. It is only going to get worse with the new terminal opening but the relocation project along Int. 664 is supposed to fix this problem.

Sounds like the neighborhood is kinda picky about the horns. Commonwealth Railway only sees 2 trains a day, for crying out loud! (although it may be slightly more with the intermodal terminal opening)

This actually is a shortline, it might be owned by G&W, but I'm not sure. All of the units have been painted into this scheme as far as I know.
