  • What did he meant when he said "they took time to down-shift"?

  • Pant-based diet would be like you say "borderline" vegetarian. I lived in Japan for over eight years, they eat very little red meat and when they do it is within a dish with a lot of vegetables. While they may eat a lot of fish, they don't over eat it. They walk a lot, exercise in some manner a lot.

    You might find this story a bit interesting:

  • What exactly does he mean by plant-based diet? If by plant-based, he means borderline vegetarian, then that doesn't make a lot of sense. If the people with the longest life spans on earth are the Japanese and they eat a lot of fish, then how does that work?
