The sign of the cross is NOT evil, as we Catholic make this sign we say "In the name of the Father, and to the Son, and the Holy Spirt Amen". So if you people say the sign of the cross is evil, then the devil already has you in he's grasp.

I'm positive that if I raised my hands in worship, made the "OK" sign, waved to someone, threw a gang symbol, flipped someone off, or formed a pentagram with my fingers somehow, God would not consider my actions satanic unless my heart belonged to Satan. Whether or not these would be wholesome is another thing. But making the sign of the cross is a tradition that is not worth arguing.
