  • This is odd. There is another video for this same property with the same images, from 2007. It shows the owner wanting > $1M for this property. Looks like the owner bought at the top of the market and has been trying to sell for 4 years now with no luck. Some digging shows the property has been sale pending and relisted at least 4 times since 2009. My guess is this condo looks pretty on the surface but needs a lot of renovation work--at a time when people are wanting turn-key houses.

  • I'm so disappointed! Last week this condo was going for $599,000 and I was going to look at it this week, but not now!!! How can it go up $200,000 in a week in THIS market!!! Something's fishy here.... Also the bay and marina are not that close by as it shows in the video but it is within walking distance of downtown San Mateo and Central Park.
