All cops are wimps, and sadistic cowards.They get a rush out of the power and the rush, cause these are the mental cases that are always impotent.Makes em feel tough.They are not mature enough to have these weapons, buddy should get some friends,pay him a late night visit, strip him down, and tie him to the bed. then you duck tape the tazer to his little prick, and nuts, crank up the voltage,and leave,the batteries will die down eventually.Or video tape the whole thing and post it on youtube.
