@toplad007 New filters do often have slower flow than older ones because the media are newer and do a better job of filtering! You should be getting .4 gallons/minute. If you're getting less than that, you might have a clog of some kind. Please give us a call, and we can help troubleshoot. 866.662.6885.

Hi Aqua Suana, I have been having issues with my counter top filter clogging in less then four months after relocating to Los Angeles, I just found out that you have fixed this issues utilizing a Diverter Pre-filter Cartridge. Would love if you could make a video explaining to people with high sediment in their water about your new product!!! It is awesome that you have found a solution to the problem.

I was just curious. Since the inside is constantly filled with water, and you only open it once every 6 months to change, can it grow mold inside? I had a coffee pot that did eventually (the internal part of it) and have no idea why lol.

@candipoox There has to be a constant supply of air to the filter cartridges to cause mold to develop. As long as you change the filters every six months and use the system consistently, then there is no chance of mold developing in or on the filters inside. Enjoy!
