The first pull up video by team ImBAR from Singapore. We are currently 17 and we have been doing pull ups for quite sometime. To spice things up, we have thought of a few stunts that are shown in this video. Hope you guys will enjoy it. Second video about push up stunts coming up!

Actually some of the moves are inspired by the barbarians...they are great. u d great muscle ups too :) other than barbarians, there are also the Hannibal and 5Bs :D

No prob =) thanks! u mean leg raise when u do pull ups? u probably have to shift ur centre of gravity to ur abs instead of chest for better balance...
