In this Star Trek Episode, two officers debate whether or not Davy Crockett, an 19th century American war hero, truly died a hero's death or surrendered to Santa Anna's invading army, until Worf places the whole debate in its proper perspective. I think his point is equally applicable to Jesus Christ, and to hijack his argument, "The only real question is whether you believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ or not. If you do, then there should be no doubt in your mind that he died as Lord, God and Saviour. If you do not believe in the Gospel, then he was just a man, and it does not matter how he died."
