So true! Though we won't be able to burn our bills to keep warm when the price of energy goes through the roof, we may be able to shred the stuff to make fleece pajamas as we shiver in our cardboard box houses.
Great, just what we needed, more durable fiat garbage! I wonder why we'd need the bills to last longer in an inflationary environment? A twenty won't buy us lunch in a few years. We'll want to burn that stuff, but you can't burn plastic polymers very well! :p
As far as the veggies are concerned, I come from a long line of physicists and farmers. So, not only do I like to make things grow, I like to know why they grow. It's a great hobby. And you get to eat your experiments when your done. Win-Win.
Hey Drutter. Thanks for the rating and the comment. Actually we're just in the province next door. Funny that you've got the hills and we got the snow. We should have somehow combined forces this year. The banknotes are from my globe trotting. The Aussie note is particularly interesting. The Canadian mint has hired an Aussie company to make some of our notes in the next couple of years. They're made of a sort of plastic and last 3 or 4 times longer than our current banknotes.

Gotta keep smiling though.
Cheers.

Wow, where's that at, MN? Tons of snow! Here in BC we haven't had any all winter. I'm already sprouting some tomato seeds for indoor planting.
Nice stack! Some interesting banknotes you have there as well.
Silver porn and garden views.... 2 of my faves!
