are you fucking kidding me? it's an advertisement for two products, both the game as well as the system, but mostly an attempt to advertise the system.

they didn't say "xbox 360, now 129", they said "from 129". it's not false advertisement if consumers are too stupid to read the fine print when they buy a product.
