The wacky thing is that Waco footage is easy to get. So if the local PD drops a WP can in someone's chimney vent no-one will see it in syndication after the initial broadcasts; but if the Feds have the ATF do the same we can go to the Naional Archives and get prints, perhaps even see the paperwork no doubt filed in triple-duplicate by the Agent who burned 'em out. Now i can't even find footage of the shootout in LA, which was broadcast live on multiple channels...
