Corey Ellis Demands Action on Albany's Vacant Buildings

On August 13th, 2009, Councilman Corey Ellis, candidate for Mayor of Albany, spoke about the problem of vacant buildings in Albany. He said, The epidemic of vacant buildings is not only sucking the life out of our most vulnerable neighborhoods it is bleeding our tax base dry and heaping more burdens on homeowners.
