  • At yet, such "classics" are still better than the reality shows that, for some reason, started popping up quite a bit recently. Imagine that.

  • Your issue with the quality of the content is not just the writers... But it is irreverent to the issue. The WGA has no control over who gets hired to write, it just wants to make sure that who ever does get hired to write the show or movie gets paid a fair amount based on the profit that is earned. That's all.

  • LMAO, "My Sled!" ... would have ruined the whole movie..

  • "Whatever, Scarlett", LMAO, anyway, you're right, without writers actors would have to say what comes in their heads, for some it's easy but for others it's difficult

  • To: "jvlopez9291." These are made up/altered movie quotations. The 'revised' words here do not promote the necessity of writers. Certainly we need literary writers and truly creative artists to enrich and educate us. Many of the films here are classics, and the real lines of the writers should be quoted in order to better illustrate what "A World without Writers" might look like!

  • love it!

  • You would seriously propose that dialogue in Movies and TV shows is the equivalent of finishes in architecture?

That egregiously flawed claim aside, this video does not imply anywhere within it that this is all they do, merely that it is something they do that would be done worse without them to do it.

  • GREAT!

  • Oh, for God's sake! No one ever said that the writers were more important than everyone else involved. The writers just decided that they didn't enjoy getting royally fucked.
