Allow me to help you out: the Governator is so strong that with that strike he actually pierced the wall of the tank he pinned Bennet onto. THAT is where the steam is coming from.

How can anybody not laugh here this is one of Arnolds classic lines amongst so many.This is why you go to see him for these movies he is so funny but a great action hero.
