HUCKABEE: Okay, the concept of the anchor baby, right? Right. I think theres a lot of, um, merit to saying that just physical birth if a person isnt here legally is not automatically citizenship. Thats one of those things where we really need to take another look at the 14th amendment, is that what it says. Of course its said that it does, so it would require court action to change that.
