My neighbor's house caught on fire, reason is unknown, but here is the video.

@nmfd72 FYI...this department dealt with a major school fire some years ago; one of the lieutenants on scene ordered his men out of the building and ended up saving their lives, since less than two minutes later the roof collapsed.

The reason is they had a bonfire the night before, He put the ashes in a ba, an the bag was next to the house, an the ashes were hot so the bag lit on fire then the house went

My dad was on this call, It was a bolingbrook fireman's house, my dad an i knew the guy

Can only be one of two situations: 1, the interior attack was attempted too late or 2, it never happened. I rest my case.

Or..maybe..next time you will comment on the part thats not on video. Thats the part where they are INSIDE, on the 2nd floor, and the ceilings and part of the roof CAME IN. An evacuation was ordered. It was confirmed that no one was inside. I don't know what the "NMFD" protocol is when the building starts coming down, but this department opts to have everyone leave. Next time you want to be grand chief know it all--get the WHOLE story first!!!
